Cancellation policy:
Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of the date of reservation commencing or in the case of no-show – total price of reservation will be charged.
For bookings of 3 room nights or more or 3 individual rooms or more a 10% non-refundable deposit will be due.

Accessibility information
There are three Guest Floors. We do not have an elivator.
The ground floor of this Victorian property is raised and only accessible via 10 outer stone steps, as such we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users.
One guest bedroom is located on the ground floor. Deafguard fire safety equipment is available to ease the stay of guests with hearing impairment (deposit required).
